ISO 45001- 2018 is an Occupational Health and Safety (OH &S) management systems to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an OH &S management system, including the processes needed and their interactions, in accordance with the requirements of the OH&S Management System.

PZ Wilmar is committed to continually improving the effectiveness of this system. We have achieved all of these by:

• Determining the processes needed for the OH&S MS and their applications throughout the organization. These have details in the respective system procedures.
• Determining the process flow charts (PFCs) detailing the sequence and interaction of the processes.
• Controlling the operational processes by conducting risk assessments and developing controls that will remove the identified hazards.

With ISO 45001-2018 certification, there is a global recognition and acceptance that PZW processes and systems are capable of consistently demonstrating compliance with all OH&S requirements to ensure that our employees work safely while ensuring that safe products are produced for our consumers.

ISO 14001 – 2015 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an Environmental Management system (EMS). It helps our organization to improve continually our environmental performance through improved and efficient use of resources with a waste reduction mind set thereby gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of stakeholders.
